As a strategically and operationally experienced manager, Christiane works in companies and organizations focusing on business transformation, organizational development—especially for innovation and digitization—change management, and communication. Her extensive industry experience spans the fields of mobility, healthcare, IT, financial services, and consulting. Christiane is a certified organizational and business model developer, train-the-trainer, systemic coach, business mediator, product owner, and scrum master.

With decades of experience as a moderator and speaker, she brings her expertise to various formats, including international town halls, video/podcasts, workshops, panel discussions, all-hands meetings, bar camps, and learning sessions.
